We are thrilled to start the “Fase II” of VITA, a pioneering project under the Smarter Italy program led by AgID, the Agency for Digital Italy.
This initiative marks a significant step toward the use of advanced digital technologies to support people with autism, with a special focus on inclusion, autonomy, and quality of life.
VITA (Virtual & augmented reality for Interactive Therapeutic Ambient) explores the development of:
- 🤖 Intelligent systems for behavioral and emotional support
- 🗣️ Tools for communication and interaction
- 🏠 Solutions to enhance autonomy in daily life and educational environments
The project is funded through an innovation procurement process and brings together companies, research centers, and public administrations to design scalable, accessible, and ethically-grounded solutions.
